History of Toys

Course guide for AHCS 236

Signature Assignment

This course's Signature Assignment is to write a 10-12 page research paper about a favorite childhood toy.

In your paper, you should provide details about the history of a specific toy, its materials, the company that manufactured it, and its continued legacy.

This is an academic research paper. As such, it should include a research question that guides your inquiry and exploration. Further, you need quality sources that back up your claims.

IMPORTANT: Use proper citations throughout the paper and adhere to the required formatting style (MLA). Incorporate relevant images, charts or timelines to enhance the paper visually. Focus on scholarly analysis while still conveying your personal connection to the toy.
