OwlCat: The New Library Catalog

We've Migrated to a New Library Catalog

In early August 2022, we migrated the Library Catalog (OPAC) to a new system, OwlCat. Now we are testing the data and rolling out new features.

You can now search for items in the Library's collections as well as articles and ebooks in many of our databases at the same time.

OwlCat Extended Search Info

OwlCat logo.OwlCat: Accessing the New Library Catalog

To access OwlCat, click on the image above. Or enter your search into the box below.

We have migrated to a new library catalog, OwlCat. Use its Extended Search. In this one box, you will be able to search:

  • books and videos in the Library
  • research databases
  • ebooks
  • open access content
  • and more
  • all at the same time

Although we migated our data into the new system, there may be a few glitches (like duplicate records). Some user features, like placing requests, may not be available yet. Please use the catalog and let us know what you think. (And if it looks familiar, it is very similar to Art & Architecture Source,)

Ask us!

You might think the most important resource of a library is the books. In fact, it's really the librarians. They can make your life much easier.

We're happy to assist. We don't mind questions. . .   Really.
