The Student Learning Center (SLC) is committed to helping faculty and staff provide their students with additional instructional and academic support. Through our services, faculty and staff are kept up to date through email in regards to the SLC's communication with the students and eventual contact. View the list of our services below.
You may wish to also mention the SLC when issuing an Academic Warning (specifically under "Improvement Necessary") for students in addition to the faculty referral. Please note, the SLC is not notified of Academic Warnings.
Please remember to use discretion and disclose only information which is pertinent to the student's academic standing and useful for the SLC staff to properly assist the student.
