Users will find a variety of topics covered with unsurpassed quality and depth through breaking news articles, blogs, videos and interactive features. Users can discover and share content on social networks, save articles, subscribe to email newsletters of areas of interest and receive news alerts, either on predefined topics or through a keyword search the user designates.

The complimentary NYTimes subscription does have some limitations:

• does not include e-reader editions
• does not include The New York Times Premium Content (e.g. the Crossword)
• NYT mobile apps are not supported on all devices
• access to archived articles from 1923 to 1980 is limited to 5 articles per day, per user
