Student Learning Center (SLC) Referral FormThe SLC is your ally in supporting students! Please complete this brief form to refer a student to the SLC.
The referral form initiates an outreach process that consists of a friendly email, which introduces the SLC and asks the student to book a tutoring session within one week. If the student does so, you will receive a post-session report via email.
We strongly recommend you kindly inform the student prior to submitting a referral. This helps establish a referral as supportive, rather than punitive, and students are more likely to respond.
